If at any point within 30 days of your order you change your mind on your purchase, you are free to return the products back to us for a full refund of the goods. This excludes the postage and packaging fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
From this point, please contact one of our team at email@example.com who can assist you with the returns process.
Please ensure the products are in their original packaging, in a resellable condition and that you select an insured courier service for the journey back to us.
Once the items arrive back at our warehouse and have been checked, you will receive your refund within three working days. The three working days is from the day we notify you that the goods have been received and checked.
Any damages to the products have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods, if damages are reported after this time frame, we may reject the damage claim. When reporting damages, please send pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org where one of team will assist you.
Samples are exempt from returns, however if you feel unhappy with your sample, please do contact us. We value our customer's feedback and satisfaction on all orders and returns.
