Customer Information Page - Covid 19 Update

Dear customers, 

In line with the most recent government guidelines we wanted to update you with the modifications that we have enforced to continue to be full operational, dispatching orders without delay, whilst helping to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Staff whose roles are not essential to be undertaken in the workplace have been instructed to continue their role from home. For the few roles that cannot be undertaken from anywhere but the workplace, strict social distancing and regular cleansing routines have been implemented. 

Also, due to the new government guidelines, we are not permitted to allow our usual 'drop in' counter service and can only allow onsite collection where payment has been received in advance and a 1 hour time slot has been confirmed by our customer service team. 

All online orders will continue to be dispatched and fulfilled. We will be closely monitoring government guidelines and we will also be constantly reviewing our current modifications when necessary.
