Claddtech wall panels can be fitted over an array of surfaces, this includes tiled walls, painted walls, plastered walls, breeze block, plasterboard and panelled surfaces. This is assuming that these surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned of any debris or dirt and providing that the surface is not extremely uneven. For more information on this topic, click here

Please note we do not deliver to Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Ireland or Overseas
All 24hr and 48hr deliveries are sent via a third party courier service. If ordered before 11.30am on a working day (Monday-Friday) we will be able to dispatch your items the same day.
If ordered after 11.30am on a working day (Monday-Friday) we will dispatch your order the following working day.
If ordered at any time over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) we will dispatch your order on the following Monday. Please note that unless otherwise specified, delivery times are for working days only and do not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
If ordered over a bank holiday weekend, we will dispatch your order on the next working day after the bank holiday.
Any order that contains Zantorus Wall Panels or Vilaggio Acrylic Panels will have an extended delivery timescale of 1-2 weeks (working days) as each item is made to order. 
If you are placing an order to the Scottish Highlands, please note your order will then automatically be put on a 3-5 working day economy service.
In cases of delayed deliveries, we will not be held responsible for works booked in, or plumber/worksmen cancellations. This is because we advise that works or tradesmen should not be booked in until all goods have arrived and been checked thoroughly.
Further Delivery Information
Unfortunately, due to extra charges incurred from our couriers we are unable to offer free delivery to all areas, although we do offer a very competitive rate.
On the day of delivery, the tracking information will be updated with a two hour window of which you can expect your goods to arrive within. Please allow half an hour each side of this two hour window before inquiring the status of your delivery. If there are certain days that you will not be available for delivery please enter them in 'Order Notes', this can be found on your order form.
